The Asset Management solution allows for assets to be tagged and reported against to allow for a timely interface of information of maintenance requirements and needs, this ensures that any reviews are reported against the most accurate information.

Asset Management User Access and Functionality

The system is profile based providing flexibility of user interfaces to ensure that all aspects of the management of the assets have been made available to the right people at the right time. This singular reporting facility reduces the requirement for multiple documents and notifications to be managed, whilst ensuring that you are able to capture all of the necessary information at once. GotoRisk allows for any combination of building, equipment, vehicles and other associated assets to be identified as part of the management of the assets whilst triggering internal review processes based on the review criteria.

Asset Allocation

As part of the workflow facilities within GotoRisk, facility management can be assigned to locations so that in the event of an asset being involved in an incident or maintenance schedule the relevant facilitator is tasked to undertake the review based upon the location and workloads of the facilitators.

Where the limit of the facilitator is reached, a facilitator within the same allocation pool with the least amount of work is tasked with the review.

Asset tracking, internal or external transfers and extensive reporting functionality provides a flexible and accurate approach for managing assets across multiple sites via a singular view providing transparency of all assets across the estate.

Integrated Solution

GotoRisk allows for any combination of individual, property or asset to be identified as part of the reporting of the incident whilst triggering internal processes based on the selection criteria.

Whilst capturing the details of the Asset within GotoRisk the other modules are updated as necessary such as within the Incident Management module.

In the event of an asset being associated with an incident, all asset records are automatically made available as part of the investigation.

Data management and Reporting

All of the information inputted is collated and summarized to ensure accuracy of information and completeness of data as part of any asset maintenance, repair or reporting requirements.

Asset details can be reviewed and reported upon providing a singular multi-dimensional view for management reporting.
