3CX Forum Reorganisation for the Future

The 3CX Forum remains the primary and most effective channel for communication with the 3CX Team.

3CX Forum: Our Primary Communication Channel

As the 3CX product continues to evolve, so does the forum. Several changes have been introduced to improve navigation and ensure discussions are easier to follow:

• Trial-related discussions are now located within the Phone System section.

• SMB / 4SC Free users now have a dedicated category, making it easier to ask questions and receive relevant community feedback.

Participation in the forum is free and actively supported by 3CX staff across multiple teams. All team members—including top management—are encouraged to engage and contribute.

In addition to 3CX staff, the forum benefits from a strong group of experienced community contributors. Many of these partners and users have years of hands-on experience deploying 3CX across a wide range of industry verticals and regularly share practical, real-world insights.

To keep the forum productive and constructive, members are encouraged to focus on:

• Technical discussions

• Practical use cases

• Solution-oriented problem solving

For commercial or policy-related matters, your Account Manager remains the appropriate point of contact.

Forum participation is governed by the Forum Terms & Conditions, which outline acceptable use and moderation guidelines.

Introducing the New AI Section in the 3CX Forum

With Update 8, we have launched a dedicated AI section within the 3CX Forum. This new area centralises all discussions related to AI functionality in 3CX.

Partners and customers are encouraged to use this section to:

• Share implementation experiences

• Discuss limitations and challenges

• Explore new ideas and use cases

• Provide feedback from testing or production deployments

As with all forum posts, we ask contributors to do their homework and provide sufficient context and explanation to help others follow and respond effectively.

Whether you are testing features, deploying AI in production, or experimenting with new ideas, the goal is to keep discussions practical, focused, and community-driven.

Private Premier Partner Forum – Invitation Only

Most discussions should continue to take place in the main forum. However, access to the Premier Partner Forum is restricted to approved members.

This private forum:

• Is for high-potential partners and distributors only

• Replaces the former Premium Partners Customers forum

• Is intended for high-level contributions reviewed by the 3CX Management team

• Is invitation-only

Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Titanium Partners, as well as Gold and Platinum Distributors identified as high-value and committed to 3CX, will be contacted by the 3CX Sales team in the coming days.
